soft gelatin capsule contains Cetirizine Dihydrochloride BP 10mg.
Indications
:
It
is indicated for the relief of symptoms-
It
is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with seasonal allergic
rhinitis due to allergen. Symptoms treated effectively include sneezing,
rhinorrhea, pruritus, ocular pruritus, tearing and redness of the eyes. It is
indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with perennial allergic
rhinitis due to allergens. Symptoms treated effectively include sneezing,
rhinorrhea, post-nasal discharge, nasal pruritus, ocular pruritus and
tearing.It is indicated for the treatment of the uncomplicated skin manifestations
of chronic idiopathic urticaria. It is also used in allergen induced asthma.
Dosage
and administration: Adults and children 6 years and over: one (10mg)
capsule once daily; Daily dose not to exceed more than one (10 mg)
capsule in 24 hours. A 5 mg product may be appropriate for less
severe symptoms. Or, as directed by the registered physician.
Use
in Pregnancy and lactation : There are no adequate and well
controlled
studies
in pregnant women. Not recommended in nursing mother.
Packing : Cetrin Capsule : Each box contains 4 x 15's capsules in blister pack.
